Our partnership with the real estate development company Hausing from Luxembourg,who also focus on green values in the construction industry, has yielded positive results. Tomorrow, we will start assembly work on a wooden duplex in Dondelange, a small village close to the capital of this microstate. The construction of the building was ordered by our business partner Hausing, who immediately sold both units – even before we started production at our Riko hiše facility.  Awareness that ecological construction is no longer a matter of choice is increasing also among customers in.

The author of the architectural design is the renowned architect’s office STEINMETZ DE MEYER. The two apartments of the duplex will comply with low-energy standards.  Living space comfort is provided through the design of the interior, including a terrace and garden which bear the architect’s hallmark.
