At the beginning of next week we will begin with the assembly of a 681 m2 prestigious house which will be the first among its kind. The house will be part of our ongoing The Lakes by Yoo project in England. The brand new and exciting design of the house has already sparked a lot of interest among perspective clients. The majority of the house elevations will be large panoramic glass walls which for us mean a more demanding installation on site.
The house which will be the last in the series of houses along the largest lake Bowmore will be the first house with swimming pool – of course it will also have its own boat dock. Each floor of the house will be adorned by vast terraces with a total surface of 172 m2. On the top terrace there will be an outdoor fireplace where the house owners will be able to stay warm while enjoying the magnificent view.
Exciting new developments in England
Yesterday we handed over a beautiful horizontal larch wood RIKO facade which has become the crown jewel of a primary school in Ismaning, Germany. Larch has strong self-protective qualities and therefore does not need additional chemical protection. The wood forms an oxidation layer on its surface which effectively protects it against the effects of the weather.
