The single stores house with a flat roof was built with the help of our timber frame structure system Riko Plus. Its most memorable feature is the beautiful horizontally laid Riko larch facade.

First Italian house in 2014
We are currently finishing our 54th house on The Lakes by Yoo project in the Cotswolds. The assembly has been affected by heavy rains that have been causing havoc these past few weeks. We have also been having problems with the access to the house located just next to the Huntsmans Lake. However, thanks to our expert team, the works are continuing according to plans and the house will be finished in a matter of days.

This past Friday French students from a high school in Nantes, France, visited our production facility in Ribnica. As part of their school program students and under the guidance their mentors they are preparing a comparative study of timber frame structure systems and as part of their research they also visited us at Riko Hiše.
