Yesterday morning marked the opening of the renewed premices of the information center Triglavska roža (Triglav flower) located in Bled. The Triglav flower represents the region’s tourism and nature information center of Bled, the Gorenjska region and the Triglav National Park. The new info center was designed by architects Vanja Gregorc and Ales Vrhovec, the company Riko – as the main contractor for the interior layout – contributed over 30 m3 of high quality spruce wood.

In cooperation with our Italian partners from the company Eiland we began with the erection of a timber villa in the vicinity of Padova just ten days ago. The house will be built according to Riko's timber frame construction system which is especially popular in Italy because it offers high quality and energy efficiency for a friendly price.

Today we begin with the assembly of a 352 m2 large prefabricated timber beauty which will join the existing 55 Riko houses that we are constructing in the NW of London for our ongoing The Lakes by Yoo project. The house will be, thanks to an uninterrupted panoramic glass wall, discovering a breathtaking view of the lake Huntsman at which the house stood.
