We are currently erecting the seventh Riko house in France. It will be located in a town called Le Burgaud, 40 km North West of Toulouse.The 140m2 single family house with three bedrooms, an attic and a terrace will be owned by an elderly couple who decided to distribute all needed space on the ground floor and to place the guest rooms in the attic. The house is built according to the Riko frame wall construction system and is fully insulated with an insulation made out of wooden fibres. The inside of the house is adorned by a visible spruce roofing and the outside is embellished by burgundy shutters which are typical for the Midi-Pyrénées region.
House in the South of France
In the last few weeks we have performed the stakeout procedures of the plot and began preparing for the sewer works underneath the foundation slab. In the next few weeks we will be installing the thermal insulation and reinforcing the base plate.

Right before the holidays we finished and handed over a beautiful architecturally very diverse prefabricated wooden villa located in Buckinghamshire, in the outskirts of London. The luxurious 286 m2 single family house with a gym, laundry room, playroom and walk-in closets has been specifically designed to suit the wants and needs of the customers and offers special comfort to its owners. The dynamics of the house are also reflected on the outside by the combination of a render, brick and wooden facade and by a beautiful zinc roof.
