The access to the house was extremely difficult, however we have all the necessary experience and expertise to find the solutions to the challenges which at first glance might seem impossible. It was precisely this dedication to fulfilling the wishes of the customer which convinced him to opt for Riko Hiše.

In the countryside in the outskirts of London, on 650 acres of private land, in cooperation with The Lakes by YOO we have been building luxury wooden houses since. With the help of floor to ceiling panoramic glass walls, all houses offer majestic views of the neighboring lakes. Slowly but surely the number of our already built houses is approaching the triple digits!

Wooden prefabricated constructions are not limited to one or two-family homes. This is what we demonstrated with the completion of a four-storey building in the Alpine town of Schilpario overlooking the lake Lago D'Iseo in Italy. The structurally demanding project was carried out with the use of Riko’s timber frame system Riko Plus, which has been externally finished with two-tone classic rendered facade.
