Wooden prefabricated constructions are not limited to one or two-family homes. This is what we demonstrated with the completion of a four-story building in the Alpine town of Schilpario overlooking the lake Lago D’Iseo in Italy. The structurally demanding project was carried out with the use of Riko’s timber frame system Riko Plus, which has been externally finished with two-tone classic rendered facade.
