We have erected a two storey family home in the vicinity of Bologna in Italy. The house was constructed with the help of Riko’s cross laminated wooden wall system and took merely three weeks to reach the stage of a water tight house thus exceeding all of the client’s expectations!
The house stood in only three weeks
Wooden prefabricated constructions are not limited to one or two-family homes. This is what we demonstrated with the completion of a four-storey building in the Alpine town of Schilpario overlooking the lake Lago D'Iseo in Italy. The structurally demanding project was carried out with the use of Riko’s timber frame system Riko Plus, which has been externally finished with two-tone classic rendered facade.
